Established in 2014, NVLTY is a growing online based fashion brand with a social following of over 250,000 across social media platforms. We’re an ambitious London based brand built from the ground up with a clear vision. What started as an idea has grown into a brand driven by creativity, authenticity, and an ethos based on providing premium, yet value driven pieces. Our focus is simple; deliver high quality pieces that combine streetwear style with everyday wearability, while staying true to the community that helped build us. As we continue to grow, we’re constantly on the lookout for people who share that same drive. People who think differently, bring new ideas, and take pride in what they do. If this sounds like you and you’ve got what it takes to help push us to the next level, this could be the place for you. We’ve built this brand from the ground up, and the journey is only just getting started. As we grow, you’ll grow with us.

In this role, you will work closely with our marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to take full ownership of our paid social programme from campaign build and audience targeting through to budget management, creative testing, and performance analysis. You will combine strong technical knowledge of paid social platforms with a data driven and commercial mindset to deliver campaigns that drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and an efficient return on ad spend across our markets.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage campaigns across multiple platforms and regions simultaneously
  • Driven work ethic with the ability to take full ownership of paid performance
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced drop led trading environment
  • Strong attention to detail across campaign setup, budget management, and performance reporting
