Role Summary:
NVLTY is seeking an exceptionally talented and driven Paid Social Executive to support and strengthen our digital marketing offering through the planning, execution, and optimisation of high performance paid social campaigns across Meta & TikTok and other social platforms. This role will play a key part in shaping the future direction of our paid media strategy, ensuring every campaign aligns with our brand identity, customer acquisition goals, and commercial objectives across product launches, drops, promotions, and brand storytelling.
In this role, you will work closely with our marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to take full ownership of our paid social programme from campaign build and audience targeting through to budget management, creative testing, and performance analysis. You will combine strong technical knowledge of paid social platforms with a data driven and commercial mindset to deliver campaigns that drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and an efficient return on ad spend across our markets.
Person Specification:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a paid social or performance marketing role, ideally within e-commerce or fashion
- Strong hands on experience managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, including campaign builds, audience creation, budget management, and performance optimisation
- Experience managing TikTok Ads Manager campaigns at a campaign execution level
- Demonstrable experience managing meaningful daily or monthly ad budgets with clear accountability for ROAS and CPA performance
- Strong data literacy; comfortable analysing platform metrics daily and translating data into clear actionable decisions
- Ability to brief creative teams effectively for ad asset production across video and static formats
- Understanding of paid social attribution, iOS limitations, and the difference between platform reported and blended ROAS
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage campaigns across multiple platforms and regions simultaneously
- Driven work ethic with the ability to take full ownership of paid performance
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced drop led trading environment
- Strong attention to detail across campaign setup, budget management, and performance reporting
