We are an early-stage AI fintech company seeking an experienced commercial leader to help establish market presence, secure strategic customer relationships and build a scalable go-to-market capability.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly connected and commercially driven executive to work alongside the founders as a fractional Commercial Leader. This role is ideally suited to a former senior banking executive, senior treasury or risk management leader, fintech commercial leader, technology sales executive or industry advisor with deep executive relationships. You will help define and execute our commercial strategy, establish strategic partnerships, advise on client commercial terms, generate qualified opportunities and secure client engagements. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and active market engagement.

Commitment

Flexible engagement. Typically 1–3 days per week. UK based, with international travel as required. Initial engagement of 6–12 months with potential to extend or transition into a permanent executive role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy
    • Work with founders to define and refine go-to-market strategy.
    • Advise on pricing, packaging and commercial positioning.
    • Contribute to fundraising discussions where appropriate.
  • Business Development
    • Introduce Nviya Prime to relevant decision-makers across banking, corporate treasury and risk.
    • Generate and qualify commercial opportunities.
    • Open doors to senior stakeholders across: Corporate banking front office, sales and relationship management; Corporate treasury, risk management and business leadership; Technology leadership.
    • Participate in client meetings, workshops and executive briefings.
    • Support proposal development and commercial negotiations.
  • Strategic Partnerships
    • Develop relationships with: Industry associations, Consulting firms, Systems integrators, Cloud providers, Banking technology vendors.
    • Establish referral and channel partnerships.
    • Support ecosystem and alliance development.
  • Market Development
    • Represent Nviya Prime at industry conferences and networking events.
    • Support thought leadership activities including webinars, white papers, articles and panel discussions.
    • Provide market intelligence and client feedback to founders.
  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
    • Support executive-level sales conversations.
    • Help position Nviya Prime as a strategic partner.

Experience Required

  • 15+ years of experience within corporate banking, financial services, corporate treasury, risk management, fintech or enterprise technology.
  • Existing network of senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating and closing enterprise opportunities.
  • Experience engaging C-suite and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of banking operating models and industry challenges.
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships and commercial alliances.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Former Managing Director or Executive within a top tier bank.
  • Former Head of Treasury or Risk Management.
  • Previous fintech leadership experience.
  • Experience selling AI or enterprise software solutions.
  • International relationships across Europe, North America, Asia or the Middle East.
  • Startup, scale-up or advisory experience.
