Location: Brinsbury College, Pulborough, RH20 1DL
Hours: 4pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £14.45 per hour, paid four-weekly
Job Type: Part-time, permanent
Start: Immediate start available
We are looking for a reliable, organised and motivated cleaning site supervisor to lead and support our cleaning team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high standards with excellent attention to detail.
As our cleaning site supervisor, you’ll be looking after a team of cleaners and making sure the cleaning operations on the site run smoothly. This involves motivating, training and managing our team of cleaners on site, responding to queries from clients to meet customer expectations and completing general cleaning duties, deep clean activities and specialist cleaning works in line with contract requirements.
What will you be responsible for?
- Carrying out daily cleaning duties and supervising daily cleaning operations
- Training cleaning colleagues to build and maintain an efficient, motivated and competent team
- Ensuring cleaning colleagues have the correct tools, chemicals and equipment
- Inspecting all areas of the premises daily
- Locking and unlocking the client’s premises where required
Please note: This role requires a DBS check.
