The Role:
- Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor.
- Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire.
- Hours: 40 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday.
- Pay rate: £14.50 per hour plus a company van.
As our Mobile Cleaning Supervisor for our contract with Hampshire County Council you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of our cleaning services across a range of sites (libraries, country parks, etc) across Hampshire. Acting as a key point of contact between our cleaning colleagues and the managers in your area, the role of the Mobile Cleaning Supervisor will involve both hands-on cleaning tasks and supervisory duties.
You will be responsible for delivering cleaning materials and equipment, supporting team members with day-to-day queries, and helping to provide clean, hygienic and safe environments across all locations.
Your daily tasks will include conducting regular quality and Health & Safety audits across different sites in your area, supervising deep cleans, and supporting induction and training of new and existing colleagues. You will also cover cleaning shifts where required.
To be successful in the role, you will need to have strong communication skills, as well as a proactive attitude towards solving problems and supporting the cleaning managers in the area.
You will report into the Service Manager for the area.
