The Job
- Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
- Salary package: £42,500 p.a. plus commission
The contract: You will look after further education colleges in West Sussex and an office and data centre in Crawley and work with a team of Area Cleaning Managers and Site Manager.
As our Service Manager for our contracts in West Sussex, you will play a key role as we strive to be a supply partner of choice, seen as experts in providing excellent service delivery and trusted consultative advice. As the technical expert for the cleaning solution across your sites, you will be comfortable with reviewing site performance against contract requirements, addressing escalated issues, and coaching and developing Area Cleaning Managers and Site Managers, enabling them to lead their teams effectively and deliver consistently high standards.
Site visits and client meetings are a core part of the role, focusing on maintaining strong relationships, resolving operational issues and ensuring service quality meets contractual and legislative requirements. You will build excellent working relationships with customers and clients to ensure contract satisfaction and contract retention are maximised.
You will have full strategic ownership of your contracts, driving long-term performance, continuous improvement and contract retention. You will also monitor the financial performance of your contracts. This includes monitoring budgets, overseeing payroll and ensuring profit and loss targets are achieved.
You will ensure that your teams are supported, services are delivered to the highest standard, and client satisfaction is sustained. Success in this role will be measured through client satisfaction, KPI achievement, financial performance, team engagement and contract retention.
