Do you have sound experience as a BICSc Trainer or Technical Skills Trainer for a contract cleaning company, or are you a BICSc assessor with hands-on cleaning industry experience and looking for your next challenge? Are you self-motivated and organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt training delivery to suit diverse audiences and learning needs? If so, you should apply for our position of Technical Skills Trainer / BICSc Trainer for Nviro.

The Role:

  • Job title: Technical Skills Trainer.
  • Hours: Flexible hours – full or part-time.
  • Pay: £34,500 p.a. FTE plus company van.
  • The area: You will oversee and deliver technical cleaning skills training across sites in the South East of England (mainly London, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight).

As the Technical Skills Trainer, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of first-class technical skills training, ensuring that our diverse and multicultural service delivery colleagues are trained to the highest standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. You will design and deliver a comprehensive technical training framework whilst ensuring accurate training records and robust reporting data is easily accessible, accurate and up to date and support Nviro’s Service Management teams in the identification of site-specific and employee-specific training needs. You will play a key role in building internal training capability by supporting the Heads of Service with ensuring the business has sufficient in-house technical skills trainers and a robust refresher training programme that maintains high standards across the business.

To be successful in this role you will need strong organisational, communication, relationship, and technical skills. You will report into the Mobilisation Manager.
