This role is based out of NVIDIA’s Munich/Wuerselen Germany Office or Reading UK Office. As part of the Global Payroll team, this position reports to the Head of International Payroll in the UK and will work closely with the Finance and HR Departments. This position will include day‑to‑day payroll compliance requirements across EMEA as well as special projects, including EMEA Payroll implementation and business process improvement initiatives across NVIDIA’s EMEA payroll regions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with HR for new hire and benefit processes.
  • Treating sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion, acting at the highest standards of ethical behaviour.
  • Strong leadership and advocacy for the Company’s Human Resource (HR) and Payroll departments’ controls and related policies.
  • Managing and supporting the day‑to‑day payroll compliance requirements, including accurate, complete and timely processing of payroll, remittances, and filings with appropriate tax authorities.
  • Gathering information such as pension insurance and health insurance, registering with required agencies, and providing documents for employees to sign and discuss.
  • Conducting payroll inductions for international new starters/transfers.
  • Maintaining payroll files and records.
  • Coordinating with third parties, such as auditors, tax authorities, and payroll suppliers.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the responsibilities and objectives of the payroll department are successfully met.
  • Ensuring the accurate, complete, and timely execution of payroll processing.
  • Partnering with Finance teams in India to create and post month‑end journals, flux reporting, and month‑end balance sheet reconciliation analysis.
  • Providing day‑to‑day assistance to employee inquiries and support as needed.

What We Need To See:

  • Payroll Certification required.
  • Pensions and Benefits experience.
  • Finance experience an advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years of extensive payroll experience in a global payroll environment, including international payroll tax regimes and stock‑based compensation.
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll systems, controls, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills with the ability to multi‑task.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability and willingness to be flexible and adapt to rapidly changing work environments, roles and responsibilities, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English.
