Who makes sure NVIDIA software keeps delivering long after the deal closes? NVIDIA is building the world's leading AI company, one customer success at a time! We are bringing four EMEA motions under one leader: NVIDIA AI Enterprise and Run:ai, Customer Success, Physical AI, and vGPU.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead our EMEA go-to-market across NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Run:ai, Mission Control, Customer Success, Physical AI, vGPU, and related NVIDIA libraries and frameworks.
  • Onboarding, licence usage, support escalations, and renewals handled as carefully as the first conversation, with pipeline quality and forecasting we can all trust.
  • Guide executive reviews with EMEA and global stakeholders, covering pipeline, blockers, customer results, support readiness, renewal risk, and resourcing, connecting Physical AI and vGPU coverage which connects to our priority enterprise workloads and AI Factory reference architectures.
  • Set the priorities across sales toolkits, playbooks, success metrics, enablement, and product feedback together.
  • Bring Customer Success together with field sales, solution architects, support, product, engineering, OEMs, cloud providers, GSIs, and partners.
  • Mentor our leaders and senior individual contributors across NVIDIA AI Enterprise and Run:ai, Customer Success, Physical AI, and vGPU.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ overall years of sales experience in enterprise software, AI platform, cloud, customer success, alliances, GTM leadership, or technical sales, including 10+ years leading teams.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-product software businesses with field, product, partner, support, and customer success dependencies.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise AI software platform motions, cloud and on-prem infrastructure, software lifecycle, uptake metrics, renewal motions, and support operations.
  • Strong grounding in tactile AI, virtualized GPU solutions, and virtual workstations, industrial workloads, infrastructure attach rates, and enterprise AI deployment patterns.
  • Working awareness of open-model and agentic AI drivers where they build NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Run:ai, and AI Factory demand.
  • Credibility with customers, partners, regional leadership, product leaders, and global stakeholders. Accountability here reaches across sales, product, support, and partners at once.
  • Ability to turn platform strategy into simple field plays, measurable uptake, and commercial results.
