As Sales Manager for UK & Ireland, you will be implementing plans, promoting the product portfolio, delivering on the set objectives, and maintaining the desired perceptions across UK.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the sales deployment directions provided by the Cluster Manager are reflected in the staffing of the sales company.
  • Prepare a sales and margin budget, expense budget, or forecast.
  • Ensure the accurate price list and pricing procedures are implemented.
  • Recruit, mentor, and coordinate the Sales team, while closely collaborating with the Sales Support Manager.
  • Build and implement an action-based local Marketing and Sales Plan.
  • Conduct joint customer visits with the team members, to ensure good relationships with customers and supervise the field sales staff’s performance.
  • Lead wholesalers relationships, in regards to agreements, bonuses, rebates, data management, etc.

You Have

  • Ideally a background in electrical engineering or industrial automation.
  • Previous experience in industrial sales, mainly in the low‑voltage sector, locally & internationally (preferred).
  • Experience in leading teams, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proven ability to work in an international context.
  • Great negotiating skills, used in collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, influence, rationale, and tact both internally and externally in a selling environment.
  • You are an initiator, strongly oriented towards growth and business drive!
