As Sales Manager for UK & Ireland, you will be implementing plans, promoting the product portfolio, delivering on the set objectives, and maintaining the desired perceptions across UK.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the sales deployment directions provided by the Cluster Manager are reflected in the staffing of the sales company.
- Prepare a sales and margin budget, expense budget, or forecast.
- Ensure the accurate price list and pricing procedures are implemented.
- Recruit, mentor, and coordinate the Sales team, while closely collaborating with the Sales Support Manager.
- Build and implement an action-based local Marketing and Sales Plan.
- Conduct joint customer visits with the team members, to ensure good relationships with customers and supervise the field sales staff’s performance.
- Lead wholesalers relationships, in regards to agreements, bonuses, rebates, data management, etc.
You Have
- Ideally a background in electrical engineering or industrial automation.
- Previous experience in industrial sales, mainly in the low‑voltage sector, locally & internationally (preferred).
- Experience in leading teams, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner.
- Proven ability to work in an international context.
- Great negotiating skills, used in collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, influence, rationale, and tact both internally and externally in a selling environment.
- You are an initiator, strongly oriented towards growth and business drive!
