Summary of Position:

As a Senior Creative at NVE, you’ll help to conceptualise and realise our agencies most ambitious creative endeavors, working under the ECD for EMEA you will be instrumental in crafting high-profile campaigns. You’ll be able to articulate your ideas both internally and externally to a senior client level. This role combines both great concept work and hands‑on skill in delivering truly world‑class experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive creative work for large-scale, high-impact brand experiences and campaigns
  • Lead and inspire other more junior creatives to help develop innovative concepts and execute them to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders in NVE to ensure concepts retain integrity across the agency
  • Represent the agency in client meetings and pitches where needed.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating cutting‑edge techniques into creative work
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust in the creative process
  • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity within the agency

Qualifications:

  • You have a portfolio of excellent experiential campaigns spanning scale and category.
  • You embody NVE’s behaviors – be courageous, be committed, be curious, be catalysts, and be good citizens
  • You are a marketing minded with 5+ years agency experience.
  • You are confident, passionate and have a POV, but not an ego – you know that this work takes teamwork.
  • You are a lifelong student of creativity and marketing – you love what you do and it show.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time.

Location:

We are a hybrid company with our hub locations in Los Angeles, New York & London. The ideal candidate is located within commuting distance of the Central London area and should be willing to work from our Shoreditch/Soho shared office a minimum of 1-2 days a week.
