About Our Student Placement Program:
Student Placement for 9-12 months, starting Summer 2026. This is a paid, student placement. As a placement student, you will report directly to a supervisor, explore your career field of interest, gain in-house agency experience, acquire new skills for resume building, and establish vital career networks and mentors.
Summary of Position:
The Production Placement student will carry out the role of an entry-level Project Coordinator, assisting and supporting Producers on individual agency projects including special events, sponsorship activations, trade show exhibits, red carpet parties, product launches, publicity stunts, and corporate meetings. They will also be assigned a mentor in the production department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle project-related administrative tasks such as vendor onboarding, PO raising and Invoice processing, working into NVE’s systems and processes.
- Take note-taking responsibilities where required for internal and client-facing project meetings.
- Conduct venue and vendor research to gather pertinent information.
- Coordinate event details with vendors and shadow production team members onsite as needed.
- Help prepare event documents including event decks, production schedules and packing manifests.
- Participate in brainstorms for upcoming projects.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Complete work and delegated tasks within tight timelines.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and have an amazing can-do attitude.
- Must be hungry to learn; what you put into this will have a direct correlation to what you get out of it.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have common sense, intuition, and can think creatively about a variety of challenges.
- Have a keen eye for design and visual presentation.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
- Be currently enrolled in a college/university.
- Must live within commutable distance of central London.
- Must be comfortable going to onsite events.
- Have a personal laptop/computer.
- Must be able to provide own transportation and lodging during the course of placement.
- Must be able to work in a central London office location 1-2 days per week (on average) and able to work remotely.
Selection Process:
- Stage 1: Task to be completed by applicant.
- Stage 2: Interview with Hiring Manager(s).
- Stage 3: Final Interview with Team Lead.

There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
