About the Role
As a valued member of our dynamic fitting team, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring that the quality of our work is to exact customer specifications. Working with leading brands, with every project being that bit different, whether fitting lightweight racking systems or advanced electrical solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Audit completed conversions against sales specifications
- Ensure that all ancillary equipment operates correctly
- Document any discrepancies for corrective action
- Assist with cleaning & preparation ready for onward delivery to the customer
- Apply signs & Legal’s to customer Specification
- Demonstrate leadership by setting a high-performance example, adapting communication to various audiences, and maintaining professionalism in all situations.
- Build strong working relationships, promote teamwork, support and coach colleagues, and confidently handle conflict or difficult situations.
- Drive continuous improvement by generating new ideas, regularly reviewing processes, and staying updated on legislative and best practice changes.
- Ensure efficiency and accountability by effectively presenting requirements, using technology for tracking, and maintaining urgency in implementing initiatives.
- A full Driving License
- Previous experience in a QC/QA role.
