Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security incidents.
- Prevent unauthorised access and maintain site security procedures.
- Complete incident reports accurately and professionally.
- Support venue management in maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Manage access points for guests, members, contractors, and visitors.
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the venue.
- Assist with enquiries, directions, and general customer support.
- Build positive relationships with venue staff, management, and guests.
- Always represent NVC Security and the client professionally.
Requirements
- Successful candidates must have an SIA licence in Door Supervision or Close Protection.
- Excellent customer service skills; confident speaking to members of the public and comfortable helping patrons and making them feel safe and secure.
- Smart appearance with good personal presentation.
- The ability to take charge, make decisions and handle difficult situations with maturity.
- Comfortable with working long hours.
- Checkable work history for the previous five years in accordance with BS7858.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good observational skills and the ability to take initiative to act individually or collaboratively as needed.
