About You We're less interested in how many years you've been doing the job and far more interested in your attitude. You'll enjoy leading people, solving problems, taking ownership and building a long-term career in operations.
Why You'll Enjoy Working Here You'll have the freedom to improve things. If you see a better way of doing something, we want to hear it. We're continually looking for ways to improve how we work, and some of our best ideas have come from people who simply asked, 'Why do we do it this way?' Continuous improvement isn't just something we talk about—it's part of our everyday culture. You'll be trusted. We're not interested in micromanaging people. We believe the best leaders are those who take ownership, make sensible decisions and support their teams. We'll give you responsibility, listen to your ideas and back you to make a difference. You'll be developed. This role isn't just about what you can do today. We're looking for someone with the ambition to keep learning, take on new challenges and grow into bigger opportunities over time. If you're prepared to invest in yourself, we'll invest in you.
Is This Role Right For You? This role probably isn't for you if: You'd rather be told what to do than take the initiative. You're happy maintaining the status quo. You see problems but expect someone else to fix them. You don't enjoy coaching or supporting others. You prefer working on your own rather than as part of a team. You're simply looking for your next job. You'll probably love it if: You enjoy leading by example. You naturally take ownership. You like solving problems and making things better. You enjoy helping others succeed. You take pride in delivering excellent customer service. You want to build a career, not just earn a salary. You get satisfaction from leaving things better than you found them.
What You'll Get £31,000–£34,000 depending on experience. Flexible overtime – choose overtime pay, paid time off through banked hours, or a combination of both. Company pension.
