About Nuweb
At Nuweb Group, we’re building the ticketing engine of the world. Our platform powers live experiences in over 110 countries, handling ticketing for global acts like Metallica and Guns N’ Roses, as well as attractions like Westonbirt Arboretum.
With an API-first architecture, deep customisation, and real-time scalability, we help partners grow, adapt, and lead in their markets. We move fast, build smart, and solve hard problems – and we’re just getting started.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to play a key role in growing awareness and adoption of our enterprise ticketing platform.
This is not a high-volume, cold-calling role. Instead, success comes from research, persistence, and relationship-building – understanding target accounts in depth, nurturing them over time, and ensuring we’re front of mind when they’re ready to switch.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales and Marketing team, combining strategic research with proactive outreach. Your mission is to build high-quality engagement with accounts that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and generate a qualified pipeline of opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Research & profile accounts: Build detailed profiles on target organisations – mapping stakeholders, decision-makers, buying triggers, and market signals.
- Spot timing signals: Track leadership changes, renewals, funding news, and strategy shifts to engage at the right moment.
- Nurture relationships: Maintain regular, value-driven contact with stakeholders via email, LinkedIn, and events.
- Align with teams: Collaborate with Sales to prioritise accounts and with Marketing to ensure messaging speaks to account priorities.
- Support the pipeline: Contribute to generating £5m in qualified pipeline annually, with an expected £1m ARR conversion through nurtured opportunities.
- Maintain CRM discipline: Keep our CRM system up to date, ensuring accurate account profiles, contact histories, and opportunity records.
What we’re looking for
- 2–3 years experience in B2B biz dev, SDR, or BDR roles ideally in SaaS or ticketing
- Strong research skills – you enjoy digging into accounts, spotting patterns, and uncovering triggers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with senior stakeholders.
- Persistence and patience in nurturing accounts rather than chasing quick wins.
Benefits
- Fully remote working
- Competitive salary (DOE)
- Annual revenue-based company bonus scheme
- Uncapped commission scheme focused on quality pipeline contribution
- 24 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing to 28 with tenure)
- Clear progression opportunities in a fast growing team
& most importantly – a chance to stand out and really make a difference in a highly motivated, close knit team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in our industry.
