We’re hiring an IT Support Engineer to join a growing Technical Services team within a well-established, high quality and warm / friendly Tech focused company. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll support a range of business clients while also getting involved in project work across modern cloud and infrastructure environments. If you’re currently in a helpdesk / service desk or support role and want more variety, ownership, and exposure to technologies like Microsoft 365 and Azure, this is a strong next step.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing support to business clients (remote, phone and occasional onsite)
  • Troubleshooting issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and applications
  • Administering Microsoft 365 (users, licensing, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Supporting endpoint/device management (e.g. Intune)
  • Assisting with infrastructure (Active Directory, servers, DNS/DHCP, virtualisation)
  • Supporting networking basics (Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls under guidance)
  • Taking ownership of tickets through to resolution in line with SLAs
  • Contributing to project work (cloud migrations, upgrades, deployments)
  • Documenting solutions and incidents
