The Role
They’re looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join a growing technical services team of eight. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll deliver high quality technical projects and support services for business clients. You’ll be working on a mix of onsite and remote projects, taking responsibility from design and proposal through to delivery and ongoing support. The role requires someone comfortable managing client relationships while working under time and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IT project work within agreed budgets and timelines
- With training provided - design, quote, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 supporting or deploying (licensing, security, Teams Phone, Full UK driving licence)
- Deploying M365 (if not willing to learn)
- VMware or Hyper-V administration
- Familiarity with Datto RMM, Autotask, and IT Glue
