An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Partner to take responsibility for multiple offices within the firm. This is a visible leadership role combining regional oversight, commercial accountability and an active client portfolio.
You will:
- Lead the performance and profitability of your region
- Act as mentor and line manager to Associate Partners
- Drive commercial discipline across teams
- Retain and develop a portfolio of larger, more complex clients
- Contribute to strategic discussions at senior leadership level
This role sits between the Managing Director and Associate Partners, providing structure, clarity and accountability across the offices. You will remain commercially active while shaping the direction and standards of the wider team.
We are looking for an experienced Partner or senior leader from practice who:
- Understands the commercial dynamics of a multi-office firm
- Has led senior managers or Partners before
- Can balance autonomy with accountability
