This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining data, technology, customer journeys, and commercial thinking to create measurable business impact.

The Role

  • Significant autonomy and responsibility
  • Direct access to senior leadership

  • Experience building automations and segmentation strategies
  • Confidence analysing campaign and CRM performance data
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
  • Experience with large customer databases and multi-brand environments would be advantageous but is not essential.

What Success Looks Like

  • Increased engagement and conversion across automated customer journeys
  • Improved CRM utilisation and data quality
  • Strong segmentation strategies that support business growth
  • Effective automation that reduces manual workload and improves efficiency
  • Clear reporting and insight into CRM performance
  • A measurable contribution to revenue growth and customer retention
