We are the embedded hiring partner to a growing and well-established environmental services company, supporting them in hiring a Field Sales Representative to drive new business and manage key client relationships. The business has built a strong reputation within the commercial, industrial, and property sectors, with a focus on service quality and long-term partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting clients face-to-face, and taking ownership of their territory.
The RoleYou will be responsible for generating new business while also managing and developing existing customer accounts across your region. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you will build your own pipeline and play a direct role in the company’s continued growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business opportunities across your territory
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Building relationships with property managers, facilities managers, and commercial clients
- Meeting clients face-to-face to understand their needs
- Preparing quotes and following up on sales opportunities
- Identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Working closely with operations to ensure high-quality service delivery
You will operate with a high level of autonomy while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
About YouYou will have experience in a field-based sales or business development role, with a strong track record of building relationships and winning new business. You will demonstrate:
- Experience in field sales, business development, or account management
