We are the embedded hiring partner to one of the leading professional advisory firms in the region. The firm operates a structured 4 Day Working Week as a permanent part of how the business runs. With an established reputation and strong market presence, the firm continues to grow and is strengthening how new clients are qualified, onboarded and managed commercially. This role sits at the centre of that process.
The Role
You will manage the client journey from initial enquiry through to structured onboarding and ongoing commercial oversight. You will speak with business owners, assess fit, shape scope and agree pricing before engagements begin. You will ensure expectations are clear, documentation is complete and delivery teams are properly briefed. You will also act as a commercial point of contact where questions arise, helping manage scope, protect pricing and support retention conversations when required. This is not a pure sales role and it is not administrative coordination. It requires commercial judgement, structured thinking and confidence in client conversations.
About You
You are likely to have worked within accountancy practice, professional services, consultancy or a similarly structured advisory environment. You will bring:
- Confidence speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
- The ability to discuss pricing clearly and professionally
- Excellent organisation and follow-through
- You enjoy improving how work is won and transitioned while maintaining a high standard of client experience.
Our Process
As an integrated extension of the firm’s leadership team, we operate a structured and confidential hiring process. All suitably qualified applicants will receive a detailed video briefing outlining the firm’s structure, expectations and operating model before any formal discussion takes place. This ensures clarity from the outset.
If you want to operate within a market-leading firm that combines commercial discipline with a genuine 4 Day Working Week, we welcome a confidential application.
