£40,000 Basic | £100,000+ Earning Potential

Are you commercially aware, confident on the phone, and motivated by earning strong commission? Do you enjoy building rapport quickly, handling warm leads, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment? We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join a high-performing team, focused on converting inbound enquiries into revenue. This is an opportunity to step into a role with clear structure, strong earning potential, and the support needed to develop quickly and perform at a high level.

The Role

You will manage inbound enquiries from individuals who have already expressed interest, building rapport quickly and guiding conversations towards a commercial outcome. You will assess each opportunity, work within agreed pricing parameters, and negotiate effectively to secure deals. You will spend the majority of your time on the phone, handling warm leads and maintaining a high level of activity (typically 70–80 calls per day) to maximise conversion. There is a clear link between performance and earning potential, with strong commission structures in place and top performers significantly exceeding targets. This is not cold calling and it is not transactional order-taking. It requires strong communication, consistency and commercial awareness.

About You

You are likely to have experience in a sales, business development or phone-based role. You will bring:

  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Confidence building rapport quickly with a range of individuals
  • A consistent, disciplined approach to activity
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in negotiation
  • Motivation to earn and perform within a target-driven environment

You enjoy working in a fast-paced setting where your effort directly impacts your results and earnings.

Our Process

If you are looking for a role where you can earn well, operate within a high-performing team, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business, we’d love to hear from you.
