We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join a high-performing team, focused on converting inbound enquiries into revenue. The Role

  • You will manage inbound enquiries from individuals who have already expressed interest, building rapport quickly and guiding conversations towards a commercial outcome.
  • You will assess each opportunity, work within agreed pricing parameters, and negotiate effectively to secure deals.
  • You will spend the majority of your time on the phone, handling warm leads and maintaining a high level of activity (typically 70–80 calls per day) to maximise conversion.
  • There is a clear link between performance and earning potential, with strong commission structures in place and top performers significantly exceeding targets.
  • This is not cold calling and it is not transactional order-taking. It requires strong communication, consistency and commercial awareness.
