The Partnership Manager is responsible for growing the value of our clients dealer network by building long-term relationships, increasing auction performance, creating an engaged buyer community, and identifying commercial opportunities that improve both sold percentage and profit per unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with motorhome dealers across the UK.
- Spend approximately two days each week visiting dealers and partners.
- Identify opportunities for dealers to both buy stock from and sell stock through our client
- Proactively develop relationships with new dealerships.

- Build a thriving community around our client auctions.
- Organise regular customer events, networking opportunities and social gatherings.
- Create reasons for buyers to engage with our client beyond auction day.
- Auction Growth
- Host an online viewing event the day before each auction to build anticipation.
- Promote upcoming auction stock to maximise dealer engagement.
- Increase bidder participation and conversion rates.
