The Role
- You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- This is a field-based role with a balanced mix of client visits, on-site collaboration, and flexible working.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and developing B2B relationships across your territory
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Managing client accounts with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Meeting clients face-to-face to understand their needs
- Planning your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
- Working closely with the internal team to ensure a high level of service
You will spend 2–3 days per week on the road meeting clients, with the remaining time split between office-based work and flexible home working.
About You
- You will have experience within a B2B sales environment and be confident in building relationships over time rather than relying on a hard-sell approach.
- You will demonstrate:

- A natural ability to build trust and rapport with clients

- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
