We are recruiting a Project Manager to support a major organisational transition programme scheduled for completion by April 2027.

This role will work across several business change workstreams, helping to coordinate the transfer of contracts, responsibilities, governance arrangements and legal entity requirements into a new organisational structure.

You do not need previous mergers and acquisitions experience. The priority is strong business change delivery experience and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional activity involving legal, commercial, operational and corporate teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage business change workstreams within a complex organisational transition programme.
  • Develop and maintain clear project plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate activity across legal, commercial, finance, HR, procurement and operational teams.
  • Support the transfer and review of contracts, responsibilities and organisational arrangements.
  • Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies through effective RAID controls.
  • Track progress against the April 2027 transition deadline.
  • Prepare clear governance updates, status reports and decision papers.
  • Facilitate workshops and working groups involving senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
  • Identify delivery blockers and coordinate actions to resolve them.
  • Ensure changes are clearly communicated, understood and embedded across the organisation.
  • Support due diligence and transition-readiness activity where required.

Experience required

  • Strong project management experience within business change, transformation or organisational transition.
  • Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple business functions.
  • Strong planning, governance, RAID management and reporting skills.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Ability to work effectively where requirements, responsibilities and dependencies are evolving.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience delivering against fixed and high-profile deadlines.

Desirable experience

  • Experience supporting organisational restructures, legal entity changes or business transfers.
  • Exposure to contract transfer, due diligence or corporate transition activity.
  • Experience working within a large, complex or regulated organisation.
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.

This is an opportunity to play a central role in a significant organisational change programme, working across a broad range of business functions and senior stakeholders.
