We are hiring a Data Scientist for a specialist AI and machine learning company that takes research-grade models into production for international clients in the UK, Europe and the US. This is a hands-on role. You will design, build and deploy ML solutions end to end – from exploration and experimentation through to models that are actually used.
The role
- Design and develop CV, ML and AI models (predictive, classification, recommendation and LLM-based)
- Select and optimise algorithms, including regression, tree-based methods and neural networks
- Integrate models into production environments, cloud or on-premise
- Clean data, engineer features and validate models
- Work with clients and internal teams to turn analysis into decisions
What you will need
- 3+ years in data analysis, computer vision, machine learning or statistical modelling
- Practical experience deploying ML models
- Strong Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, plus PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Solid statistics and data preparation
- SQL and Git
- Comfortable working on Windows or Linux
- Fluent English for international collaboration
