You will work with delivery, product and stakeholders, explain trade-offs clearly, and keep work moving.

- Improve build, test and deploy practice, not just deliver features
- Work directly with non-technical colleagues and help unblock delivery

- What you need
- Strong commercial Python experience
- Hands-on Azure Dev
- Ops: pipelines, repo strategy, artefacts, release process
- Solid CI/CD judgement β you have owned this, not just used someone elseβs setup
- Clear communicator; comfortable in the room, not only on Slack
- Happy working inside IR35 via an approved umbrella / PAYE route
