The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven Internal Account Manager to join our Basingstoke team. You’ll be responsible for managing and developing key partner accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring partners receive the support, guidance and solutions they need to grow their business. This is a fast-paced, partner-focused role where collaboration and commercial awareness are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Support partners in achieving their business objectives
- Maintain accurate records of account activity and communications
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of queries
- Contribute towards achieving sales and revenue targets
About You
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
- Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in sales, account management or customer support (ideally within technology or distribution)
- Knowledge of Unified Communications or collaboration technologies would be advantageous
