Business Development Executive – Software Division
Location: Newbury / Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 + £7,500 commission (OTE)

Are you driven, proactive, and ready to grow with a team at the forefront of UCaaS and Cloud software? We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Software Division and help drive exciting growth across our strategic partner network.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Executive at Nuvias UC, you’ll play a key role in identifying and converting new business opportunities across our channel partners. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to help grow the presence of cutting-edge solutions like Zoom, Five9, and Microsoft Teams.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities
  • Engaging resellers to drive software adoption and identify upsell opportunities
  • Supporting go-to-market campaigns and events
  • Building pipeline and hitting outreach & revenue KPIs
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Staying on top of the latest UCaaS, CCaaS, and collaboration trends

What You’ll Bring

  • Have B2B sales experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or distribution
  • Love outbound activity and building strong partner relationships

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with vendors like Microsoft, Zoom, or in the UC space!
