The Project Support Officer provides project support to a senior programme lead, helping to coordinate and integrate activities across multiple project interfaces. Act as the main point of contact for project documentation, ensuring information is received, shared and actions are completed on time.
Maintain project information systems (SharePoint / Teams), ensuring documents are well organised, controlled and kept up to date. Coordinate project and governance meetings, including preparing papers, tracking actions and following up on decisions. Support the production of project trackers, reports, dashboards and briefing materials. Represent the project support function in meetings and working groups where required. Request, collate and issue information on behalf of senior project leads. Provide regular updates and progress information to support reporting and governance activities.
Experience:
- Experience in a project support or project admin role, able to work independently.
- Strong document control and information management skills, including chasing actions to deadlines.
- Confident using SharePoint and Teams to manage and organise project information.
- Comfortable working in a structured project or delivery environment.
