NUVIA UK's Technical Services & Consulting department is fast growing with hybrid opportunities available up and down the country. We're striving to create a multidisciplinary team to offer our clients the best range of talent. BPSS clearance will be required at basic level. Prior clearance will not be transferrable.

Principal Accountabilities

A senior Mechanical Engineer is required to develop tools to support early retrievals/operations of the MSSS SEP machines. The role will also include support to the principal engineer. This role requires an innovative individual with experience within this field.

Typical deliverables include but are not limited to:

  • Production of NFR's
  • Production of OIMS

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Understand the roles and specifications of CDM
  • Experience producing design packages, suitable for manufacture and installation, containing drawings, method statements, risks assessments
  • Familiarity and experience of working and complying with applicable 5t practices, standards, and engineering guides
  • HNC/HND/Scientific or Engineering Degree
  • Highly desirable: experience of working in decommissioning legacy facilities, materials, and contaminated hazards
