Due to security requirements on the projects, we can only consider a sole UK-born British National for this role. Working for one of NUVIA's busiest business units, PE&D (Projects, Engineering & Decommissioning), you will contribute to NUVIA's ambitious growth plans across our Defence suite. NUVIA, a subsidiary of VINCI Construction, is an international company supporting clients and their projects in the highly regulated Civil & Defence Nuclear sector, with a strong presence and demonstrable history of successful delivery across the UK and internationally. You will gain valuable experience within recruitment and build relationships across the business and senior management team. Reports to Recruitment Business Partner. Key Accountabilities

  • Source and build talent pipelines, proactively search for future requirements and identify skill gaps.
  • Conduct initial pre-registration phone calls and maintain regular communication with candidates.
  • Build strong relationships, working alongside internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the wider HR team in delivering an excellent onboarding experience for new starters.
  • Support candidates through the security clearance process, both internally and externally.
  • Lead and arrange interviews, SQEP calls and assist with workforce planning.
  • Assist with the account management of a multi-million-pound framework, attending qualifying calls with Hiring Managers and Technical Leads.
  • Advertise and manage vacancies.
  • Create recruitment campaigns internally and externally.
  • Contribute to reports internally and externally.
  • Cover workload in the absence of the Recruitment Business Partner.
  • Occasional visits to other NUVIA offices or client sites.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in recruitment within a highly regulated market.
  • Experience recruiting for nuclear or defence would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Eligible to obtain security clearance and work on UK eyes‑only projects.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Well‑organised, independent worker with a strong ability to prioritise.
  • Exceptional understanding of deadlines and turnaround times in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Office 365 (Excel, MS Teams, Outlook).
