Your mission: As a Senior Relationship Manager - Travel, your primary focus will be to manage and develop strong relationships with travel industry partners, identify new business opportunities, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored payment solutions that drive mutual success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key travel industry partners, acting as the main point of contact.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel sector to drive growth.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by understanding partner needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including sales, product, and technical teams—to deliver customized payment solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively address client needs and market changes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead by example: Set the standard for client engagement and operational excellence within the team.
- Represent Nuvei at industry events, conferences, and meetings as required.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Relationship Management or Account Management within Payments (PSP/Acquirer) and/or Travel industry (airlines, OTAs, GDS).
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the travel payment ecosystem, including partners such as GDS, BSP/ARC channels, IATA, UATP, and alternative payment methods.
- Clear understanding of industry challenges and growth drivers.
- Strong operational excellence mindset and ability to execute flawlessly.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
