We are looking for a Head of EMEA to join our fast-growing Revenue Operations team. Reporting to our SVP of Global Revenue Operations, you will lead end-to-end revenue operations for Europe and the Middle East in close partnership with Finance, Marketing, Operations and Commercial teams. This is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the development and implementation of regional revenue growth and go-to-market initiatives, as well as long-range strategic plans for our Enterprise business.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Commercial Performance: Lead deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer, and sales performance data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and generate strategic insights for leadership decision-making.
- Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify, design, and operationalize high impact “big bets” to accelerate revenue growth and increase transacting customers across key segments and markets.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align on goals, share insights, and ensure end-to-end execution of revenue strategy.
- Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Support annual and quarterly planning processes by providing analytical rigor, scenario modeling, and insight-backed recommendations.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop dashboards and frameworks to track progress of key strategic initiatives and continuously optimize for impact.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor the FinTech ecosystem, tracking competitor pricing motions, market trends, and shifts in card network (Visa/Mastercard etc) and alternative payment method (APM) costs.
- Pricing: Partner with global Pricing team to analyze payment economics, develop pricing models and enforce discounting policies, approval matrices, and commercial frameworks to ensure global consistency.
Requirements
- 20+ years’ experience and proven track record of success in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within the payments industry.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, focusing on driving business results.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to break down complex, unfamiliar problems into defined areas of work.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is preferred.
