Nuvei in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Journey & Process Design Lead to establish and grow the central process and customer-journey capability. You will design standards, structure, and a champion network to make processes visible, owned, and continuously improved—starting with a sponsored pilot area. Reporting to Head of CX, you will build a new capability from the ground up, guide governance, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions, applying BPMN and modern tooling.
