Your Mission
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our fast‑growing team. Reporting to our Head of B2B EMEA, you will be hunting, developing, and closing enterprise opportunities with strategic ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partners. You will be responsible for identifying and securing large, complex payments partnerships with enterprise software platforms, driving new revenue through embedded and integrated payments solutions. This is a high‑impact, quota‑carrying role suited to someone who thrives in enterprise sales cycles and understands the payments ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales through existing strategic ISV partners, supporting them in winning and embedding payments into their enterprise customer base.
- Partner closely with ISVs’ sales, partnerships, and product teams to identify and close large enterprise opportunities.
- Act as the payments subject matter expert during enterprise deal cycles, supporting ISVs in positioning and selling the payments solution.
- Work jointly with ISV partners to develop pipeline within their enterprise customer base, identifying opportunities for embedded or integrated payments.
- Lead the commercial and contractual aspects of enterprise deals, including pricing structures, revenue share models, and long‑term agreements.
- Support ISV partners with enterprise sales enablement, helping them confidently position and sell payments to their customers.
- Collaborate with internal product, legal, risk, and implementation teams to structure and close complex enterprise partnerships.
- Manage enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across both the ISV and the end merchant organization.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting through CRM tools.
Required Experience
- 6+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally within payments, fintech, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing large enterprise deals.
- Experience selling payments, payment infrastructure, or embedded payments solutions.
- Demonstrated success in selling to or partnering with ISVs / SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of the payments landscape (acquiring, gateways, embedded payments, etc.).
- Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Background in payments, merchant acquiring, payment orchestration, or embedded finance.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms or vertical software providers.
- Strong network within the UK or European fintech/payments ecosystem.
