Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the team's data lake infrastructure, ensuring reliable, scalable data pipelines feed into downstream models
Take ownership of the market fundamental model, ETRM system, and quantitative models, maintaining their integrity and evolving them as market conditions and business needs change
Build short-term market analytics models that directly support trading decisions in European and US power markets
Provide quantitative support to portfolio management and hedging teams as they optimize positions and hedging strategy
Regularly report fundamental and quantitative outputs to leadership, translating technical analysis into clear insights that inform investment and portfolio decisions
Collaborate with the Data team to support and contribute to the development of the Clean Haven data product
Collaborate closely with the wider asset management and investment teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
Document systems and processes to ensure continuity and knowledge
