Summer Internship Opportunities:

  • Investment Memorandums: Help create investment memorandums.
  • Research & Analysis: Dive into industry trends, competitors, and product characteristics to support product development.
  • Presentations & Proposals: Prepare detailed product presentations, proposals, and recommendations.
  • Enquiries: Respond to questions from external and internal business partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Academic Excellence: On track for at least a 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree (or equivalent).
  • Investment Management Knowledge & Interest: Academic background or demonstrated interest in Real Estate, e.g., relevant coursework; active participation in investment clubs; managing a virtual portfolio; following market commentary; reading financial news.
  • Technical Skills: Preferably prior experience in coding such as VBA, and/or familiarity with Python and Bloomberg is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise written and verbal communications tailored to different audiences, including preparing client-ready emails, delivering presentations, and writing reports that inform decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in team settings, actively listening to others, and contributing constructively to group discussions.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to understand business problems from multiple angles, identify key drivers of outcomes, and propose solutions that balance competing priorities.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and advanced Excel).
  • Initiative and Ownership: Track record of taking ownership of projects without constant supervision and proactively identifying problems and proposing solutions.

Due to high volume of applications, we will only consider students in their penultimate year graduating in 2027. We will only consider applicants who have the right to live and work in the country for where the internship is located. You must be able to work the internship dates of 22nd June – 28th August 2026.
