The Rotational Program - Finance and Accounting Associate participates in a comprehensive rotational program that combines senior leadership interaction and cross-business experience with real life situations and projects. In this role, the associate will have exposure to financial technology platforms and tools as well as learn techniques, disciplines, and processes to become more familiar with financial services. Each rotation is designed to improve business knowledge and build an overall understanding of the company and finance functions. This job will provide functional training and ongoing coaching and feedback. The Early Talent Rotational Program is a two-year rotational program. Participants in the program will have the opportunity to experience up to three professional rotational experiences within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). Each assignment will be in different areas of the Finance and Accounting group, providing the participants with a wide breadth of experience in TIAA's finances and operations.
