Overview

As a Health Care Assistant, you will work closely with our service users to ensure they receive outstanding care and support in line with their personal care plans. You will assist with clinical requirements, social activities and any additional services needed. Nutrix Homecare is a well-established Homecare provider, with a Good CQC rating. Responsibilities

  • Assist service users with personal care and clinical requirements in accordance with individual care plans
  • Support social activities and other services needed by service users
  • Collaborate with a 24-hour clinical team and clinical governance to ensure high-quality care
