Overview

As a Health Care Assistant, you will be working closely with our service users to ensure that they always receive outstanding care and support in line with their personal care plans. You will be assisting with clinical requirements, social activities and any additional services needed. Nutrix Homecare is a well-established Homecare provider, with a Good CQC rating.
