About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Support Workers and Carers to support children with complex needs in their own homes across York. This is consistent, oneātoāone care ā not agency hopping ā with full clinical support and training provided.
Experience Weāre Looking For
- Experience supporting children or young people
- Background in SEN, ventilation care, PEG feeding, epilepsy, or tracheostomy
- Confident working independently with family support
- NVQ Level 2/3 (desirable, not essential)
Clinical Training Provided
- PEG feeding
- Epilepsy care
- Oxygen / ventilation (where required)
- Autism & behaviour support
