We are recruiting experienced Support Workers and Carers to support children with complex needs in their own homes across York. This is consistent, one‑to‑one care — not agency hopping — with full clinical support and training provided.
Experience We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting children or young people
- Background in SEN, Ventilation care, PEG feeding, epilepsy, or Tracheostomy
- Confident working independently with family support
- NVQ Level 2/3 (desirable, not essential)
Clinical Training Provided
- PEG feeding
- Epilepsy care
- Oxygen / ventilation (where required)
- Autism & behaviour support
- Full competency sign‑off by our clinical team
