We are recruiting experienced Support Workers and Carers to support children with complex needs in their own homes across York. This is consistent, one‑to‑one care — not agency hopping — with full clinical support and training provided.

Experience We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting children or young people
  • Background in SEN, Ventilation care, PEG feeding, epilepsy, or Tracheostomy
  • Confident working independently with family support
  • NVQ Level 2/3 (desirable, not essential)

Clinical Training Provided

  • PEG feeding
  • Epilepsy care
  • Oxygen / ventilation (where required)
  • Autism & behaviour support
  • Full competency sign‑off by our clinical team
