Job Purpose: As we continue to scale, we’re looking to expand our Creative Team with a Graphic/Performance Designer who’s excited to work on impactful projects- designing ads, emails, and social media content that reaches millions of people. It’s a great opportunity to build your skills, learn on the job, and grow as a designer in a fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-impact creative campaigns and assets
  • Create visually engaging static ads for Meta and other digital platforms
  • Develop email marketing campaigns that are visually engaging and optimised for performance
  • Learn & develop your UX/UI design skills by creating banners, website sections & visuals
  • Assist with the development & ideation of packaging for new & existing products
  • Support in-house photoshoots by assisting with creative direction and asset preparation
  • Edit and adapt content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency across touchpoints
  • Be open to learning how design impacts performance and apply data-driven feedback to improve your work
  • Stay up to date with design trends and contribute ideas to the creative team.
  • Other duties as may reasonably be assigned, consistent with the responsibilities of the position

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6 months -2 years of experience in brand design or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (Bonus but not required)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • A good eye for composition, typography, and detail
  • Ability to take feedback positively and work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Enthusiasm for digital design and building your creative skill set
  • Reliable, punctual, and good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
