We’re hiring an SDR to focus on outbound & inbound lead generation and qualification. The Sales Development Representative will qualify and close non-enterprise inbound leads, generate inbound leads, solicit new potential customers, qualify the leads and connect them with the right salesperson.
Main Responsibilities
- This is a key hybrid outbound/inbound SDR role with a focus on outbound lead generation.
- You’ll handle online leads that drive day-to-day revenue, own a slice of the enterprise pipeline, get hands-on experience closing deals, and spend the majority of your time prospecting cold accounts via a multi-channel approach, setting yourself up for the next step in your sales career.
- Spend 70% of your time driving top-of-funnel outbound lead generation for the Sales team, this is an essential part of the role, predominantly led by cold calling initiatives.
- Qualify and convert inbound online leads: Manage a steady stream of high-volume, non-enterprise inbound leads that make up a significant part of our business (typically up to €3k in value) from first contact through to sale.
- Own and close smaller, inbound-led enterprise deals, managing the full sales cycle from qualification to close (up to €10k, averaging €6k in value). These are strategic, non-technical deals and a critical step toward promotion into the core Sales team.
- Prospect new potential customers via outbound channels (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, Vidyard, etc).
- Book discovery calls and demos with qualified leads for the wider Sales team.
- Deliver customer demos where appropriate.
- Keep CRM up to date with all activity, pipeline, and opportunity data.
- Consistently hit or exceed your monthly quota for qualified opportunities.
- Build strong product knowledge and communicate our value proposition clearly.
- Apply the MEDDIC methodology throughout your sales process.
