We are expanding our UKI sales team with a Business Development Manager who will drive growth across the UK and Ireland. The position covers enterprise sales in healthcare, hospitality, hotels and contract catering, building long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
Responsibilities:- Grow Enterprise sales across an assigned territory.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and hand‑over, shredded into complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies, prioritising high‑value opportunities and long‑term revenue potential.
- Build strong executive‑level relationships with buyers, influencers and committees.
- Forecast pipeline accurately, report against targets with clear rationale and risk assessment.
- Generate pipeline through outbound activity and KPI‑driven outreach.
- Provide market, competitor and customer insight to inform GTM strategy, pricing and product roadmap decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, playbooks and qualification frameworks.
- Support commercial negotiations, procurement and contract structuring with leadership.
- Demonstrate Nutritics software both in person and online to prospective clients.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and data‑driven pipeline management for accurate reporting.
- Use insight‑led selling approaches, tailoring value propositions to regulatory, operational and commercial drivers.
- Leverage marketing campaigns, events and ABM initiatives to accelerate deal progression and conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales & Marketing; Product & Engineering) to drive new business and product integrations.
- Visit the head office regularly and support key sales meetings and conferences.
- Deep sales expertise combining technology and business strategy to craft compelling plans.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior‑level executives across Sales, Engineering, Marketing.
- Strong sales mindset with understanding of our product family, current market trends and key industry players.
- Demonstrated success exceeding pipeline generation and revenue targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – active listening, objection handling and tailored messaging.
- Passion for Nutritics and commitment to delivering quality work.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Preferably a third‑level qualification, though not essential.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Experience in nutrition, foodservice, hospitality, healthcare or SaaS is a plus, not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Enjoyable personal qualities such as a sense of humour.
