Company Description
Nutri Fit Gym is Liverpool’s first class-based, community-focused performance gym and reformer Pilates studio, opening Summer 2026.
The 3,900 sq ft facility will offer strength and conditioning, reformer Pilates, a run club, fuel bar, and nutrition support under one roof.
Nutri Fit Gym is designed as a home for everyday athletes, with a coaching culture that emphasizes guidance and accountability over anonymous keycard access.
The environment promotes science-backed training, mutual support, and meaningful connections among members.
The gym is currently building its founding member community with a limited number of locked‑rate spots.
Role Description
This is an on‑site Reformer Pilates Instructor role located in Liverpool city centre.
The instructor will lead reformer Pilates classes for individuals and groups, providing safe, effective, and engaging sessions tailored to various fitness levels and goals.
Daily responsibilities include preparing class programming, setting up and maintaining reformer equipment, demonstrating proper form, and offering modifications as needed.
The role involves welcoming and supporting members, tracking progress, and collaborating with other team members to deliver a consistent, high‑quality coaching experience.
Instructors will also promote Nutri Fit Gym’s services, encourage member retention, and contribute to a positive, inclusive studio culture.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Pilates Instruction skills, with specific experience in reformer Pilates and class programming.
- Candidates should possess Group Exercise and Teaching skills to effectively lead, motivate, and manage classes of varying sizes and abilities.
- Candidates should possess Physical Therapy‑related knowledge or functional movement understanding to ensure safe exercise progressions and injury prevention.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to create a welcoming environment, build rapport, and address member needs professionally.
- Relevant certifications in Pilates, group fitness, or exercise science; first aid/CPR certification is highly beneficial.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Experience working in a studio or gym setting and collaborating within a coaching team.
- Strong professionalism, punctuality, and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive training space.
